Workflows & AI Agents I have built
These are real automation systems I built on the Evose platform (no-code) — each one solving a specific operational problem. Pick a model, attach documents, assign work in plain language — no code required.
Multi-task Assistant (Multi Task)
Producing one piece of content means juggling 4–5 separate tools (search, ChatGPT, translation, Canva…), copy-pasting back and forth while the brand voice drifts with each tool.
One request → the agent searches, summarizes, writes on-brand, translates, generates images and reads documents — running in sequence and keeping the brand voice consistent.
A Creative Team that works while you sleep
Publishing consistently every week wears the team down: running out of ideas, chasing trends, and still having to design visuals after writing.
A multi-role AI team (Researcher → Idea → Writer → Designer → Fact-checker) runs automatically overnight; by morning you have 3 trend-based drafts with real cover images and cited sources.
Shop inbox agent
The shop inbox is flooded with purchase, return and warranty emails — answering by hand takes hours and easily gets the policy wrong.
Reads unread emails → classifies customers → drafts & sends replies based on the FAQ and shop policy; sensitive cases (refund demands, missing info) are downgraded to a draft for human review.
Recurring report agent
Building recurring reports by hand eats up half a day, the numbers are error-prone, and every period looks different.
Choose a report type → pull real numbers from Google Sheets → analyze for anomalies → write a coherent narrative report. Supports 5 types: sales, marketing, operations, finance and executive.
Lead-gen & personalized email team
Sending cold emails every week without time to personalize → they look like spam and reply rates stay low.
Reads the Gmail inbox → scores each lead against the ideal customer profile → writes a unique email for each person and sends directly to tier A & B leads.
Document reading & summarizing assistant
Reading long papers / contracts is time-consuming; ordinary AI answers fluently but hallucinates and can't cite sources to verify.
Load documents once into the Knowledge Base → every answer is grounded in the documents with mandatory citations (document name + clause/section); when info is missing it clearly says "not covered in the document".
CV scoring team
Receiving dozens–hundreds of CVs per round, manual reading is slow and easily misses talent or scores with bias.
Load the JD + CVs → score by the company rubric → a ranking with evidence quoted directly from each CV; promising candidates below the threshold go to a "review" pool instead of being rejected outright.
